| Raisen, Feb 24 Collector of the district presided over the district task force committee meeting at collectorate auditorium. Superintendent of Police Jagat Singh, Divisional Forest Officer, Singh, all SDMs , Tehsildar, Nayab Tehsildar and concerning officers were present in the meeting.
Collector Bhatt gave directives to solve the matter of forest-revenue custom , to check illegal cutting of trees, poaching, illegal mining and encroachments.
He said that police and administration should collect secretly the information of encroachments, illegal cutting of trees, poaching and illegal mining. The responsible officers should lodge FIR against the law breakers.
The decision for checking illegal mining in sensitive areas has been taken. In this connection, he gave the directives to cooperate with police and administration.
