| HYDERABAD: With World Environment Day just around the corner, ITC Kakatiya is gearing up to raise awareness about positive environmental action to protect nature and planet Earth. As part of their CSR activities, the hotel has planned a series of events to galvanise individual action into a collective power for a positive impact on the environment.
Among the planned activities are ‘Walk for a Cause’ toward spreading awareness, where the staff of ITC Kakatiya and their family members will participate in a 3km walk kickstarting at the hotel from Begumpet.
The staff will be provided with T-shirts with the slogans ‘Raise your voice not the sea level’ based on the theme for World Environment Day this year. The walk aims to spread awareness about the impact of climate change on small islands states around the world.
