Theme of the competition will be ‘The Face of Climate Change’. It will start at 10 am and conclude at 12 noon. Besides attractive prizes at the regional level, the first prize winning entry from all regions will be pooled to select the Young Environmentalist of the Year Award 2013 which will be given at National Museum of Natural History, New Delhi.
