THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Jan Vigyan Vikas Yatra in bullock carts, scheduled to be launched from Palakkad by January-end, by the P.N.Panicker Vigyan Vikas Kendra as part of the centenary celebrations of the doyen of the library and literacy movements will give top priority to issues connected with climate change. It will cover 100 panchayats in the State.
