`No organised poaching in Erode forests'

| ERODE: There had been no reports of organised poaching or hunting in forests in Erode district, said P. Durairasu, conservator of forests, Erode. The department personnel, assisted by members of village forest committees, had not sighted any movement of new persons in a suspicious manner either.
This follows reports that the Special Task Force personnel recently encountered a group of persons moving in a suspicious manner in Kolathur forest area.
