He said, "Youth of today have what it takes to make a difference in the environment. We should have youth leaders who can digest all the complexities of climate change, energy technologies, and clean technologies, make them into more simple concepts so that more people can understand. They need to learn more about how to serve the people."

He was speaking at a seminar on 'Opportunities and challenges in the midst of conflict between climate and energy security' organised by the Centre for Energy management at MIT, Aurangabad, on Friday.

He said, Through leading by example youth leaders can strengthen their environment causes. And by serving them, they become role models and they bring about a bigger impact." He explained how one can avoid the conflict between climate change and energy security with few examples.

"It is necessary that one opt for cleaner fuels like gas, nuclear, etc. Switching to the renewable energy sources such as solar, wind and geothermal will be beneficial," he said. Munish Sharma, Director General, MIT Group, felicitated the speaker.
