Plantation of 2,500 saplings begins in cantonment |

Bathinda, September 12 In a campaign of planting trees for keeping the environment clean, District and Sessions Judge Paramjeet Singh, who is also Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Bathinda, initiated the process of planting nearly 2,500 saplings at the Bathinda Cantonment yesterday. He was accompanied by three Additional Sessions Judges, CJMs and Dr Mandeep Mittal, CJM/Secretary, DLSA, Bathinda, and advocate Anil Joshi who also took part in it. With the active support of Lt , As Reported By Tribune.
According to the Newspaper,General PC Thimmaya, VSM, General Officer, Commanding HQ 10 Corps and his Brigade of Officers, the drive was initiated. The Commander assured that each tree would be taken care of by officers in different units. Harbhajan Singh, District Forest Officer, Bathinda, provided saplings for plantation.
