Cycle rally held to spread green campaign
Correspondent :
In order to spread awareness on various environmental issues on the occasion of World Environment Day, a 20-member cycle rally was organised from Youth Hostel covering major areas of the city on Sunday morning. The rally was flagged off by Srinivas Prasad, AGM of SBI and A. Murali, Deputy AGM.

The cyclists displayed placards with thought-provoking messages highlighting the impact of environmental pollution and the need to save the environment through activities like tree plantation. The cycle rally started from the Beach Road and covered areas like Fishing Harbour, RTC Complex, Andhra University before culminating at the point of origin at Youth Hostel.
